What are Ubico credits and how do they work?
Ubico credits are the currency you use inside the product to purchase different actions and datapoints. Currently, you can purchase different actions such as Data Search, Data Enrichment, Email Validation and Data Cleaning.
For instance, finding an email costs 2 Ubico credits because we pay more money to get that type of data.
Here's the breakdown of the cost of each credit based on the type of action:
If you have a monthly subscription, unused credits will not roll over to the next month. However, if you buy an annual plan, you get all your credits upfront—to use as and when you’d like.
If you need more credits that what is included in your plan, you can purchase credit add-ons.
Will my billing cycle date reset if I purchase credit add-ons?
No, your billing cycle will not change if you purchase credit add-ons.
