Credits are the currency used inside Ubico to run enrichment actions. Each action costs a set number of credits depending on the type of data being retrieved.
Credit costs by action
For example, finding an email address costs 2 credits because the underlying data is more expensive to source.
How to check your credit usage
Go to Settings → Billing → Credit Usage. Only admins can access the billing page.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. On a monthly plan, unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. On an annual plan, all credits are given upfront and can be used at any point during the year.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. If you need more than your plan includes, you can purchase credit add-ons at any time.
