The Unified Inbox collects all prospect replies from every synced email account into one place. You can read, respond, and collaborate on replies without switching between email accounts.

What shows up in the Unified Inbox
Only emails that meet both conditions below are synced:
- The sender is a contact in your Ubico workspace.
- The reply came through an email account synced with Ubico.
This keeps the inbox focused — no unrelated emails, no noise.
What you can do in the Unified Inbox
- Read threaded conversations — full email chains are shown in context so you don't lose track of where a conversation left off.
- Reply using UbiGent AI — describe what you want to say in plain language and UbiGent drafts the reply instantly.
- Collaborate with your team — all teammates in the workspace can see and respond to replies.
Getting started
Go to the Inbox tab in your Ubico account. If your email accounts are already synced, replies will appear automatically.
If you haven't synced your email yet:
- Go to Settings and click on campaign emails.
- Add your email account to the workspace.
- Grant Ubico permission to access replies.
