Step 1 : Connect your form
Head to the integrations page -> Website Forms -> click "Add Integration"
Step 2 : Follow the steps
Paste your website URL that contains the form -> scan the page -> select the form -> follow the additional steps

Add the code snippet to the head OR body tag of the page where your form is located.
