Integrating with Hubspot

Sync engagement and contacts easily to your Hubspot account

Connecting Ubico to HubSpot lets you push contacts and campaign data directly into your CRM without manual exports.

Before you start
  • Make sure your team is set up and active in your Ubico workspace.
  • Confirm you have the right HubSpot permissions.
Steps
  1. Go to Integrations in your Ubico settings.
  1. Click Add Integration and select HubSpot.
  1. Connect and authorize your HubSpot account.
  1. Map your fields. Go to the People table and add a new column to push contact information to your CRM. Click Add enrichment, open the Enrichment tab, and choose your action (e.g. Contact create or update).

Then configure the column:

  • Email (required): Map it using the slash command (/) to view available variables.
  • Other fields: Map any additional fields you want synced (First Name, Last Name, Company, Phone, etc.).
  1. Configure run settings (optional). Set up an auto-trigger by selecting one or more segments. The push then runs automatically whenever a person enters a selected segment.
  1. Save and test. Save your configuration, then run a quick test by executing the action on one or a few rows to confirm contacts push correctly.
