Creating a suppression list

If you want to avoid sending emails to customers, setting up your suppression list is critical.

A suppression list prevents Ubico from contacting specific emails or domains — useful for protecting existing customers, current opportunities, or opted-out contacts.

Steps
  1. Go to Settings from your Ubico account.
  2. Add the emails or domains you want to suppress. You can enter them manually, paste a list, or upload a CSV file.
  1. Save. Suppressed emails and domains will not be contacted and will be excluded automatically when sourcing contacts for segments.

If adding multiple entries manually, separate them with a comma, space, or new line.
