A suppression list prevents Ubico from contacting specific emails or domains — useful for protecting existing customers, current opportunities, or opted-out contacts.
Steps
- Go to Settings from your Ubico account.
- Add the emails or domains you want to suppress. You can enter them manually, paste a list, or upload a CSV file.
- Save. Suppressed emails and domains will not be contacted and will be excluded automatically when sourcing contacts for segments.
If adding multiple entries manually, separate them with a comma, space, or new line.
