How to use Tasks in Ubico?

What are Tasks?
Tasks in Ubico are productivity actions that are created as manual steps within your outreach sequence. These tasks can include a variety of actions such as sending a LinkedIn connection request, drafting an email, or sending a Slack message. When your outreach cadence reaches a productivity action, a task is automatically generated for you in Ubico, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
Your Pending Tasks
From your Overview page, you can see pending tasks assigned to you. You can also go into the Tasks page from left tabs.
Productivity Tasks
From the Tasks page, you will find all your pending Productivity Tasks from you and your team. For each task, details like Contact & Company data, as well as Campaigns, Segments and Emails sent related to the Person are available. Once you complete your task (e.g.: connecting on LinkedIn), you can Mark as Complete. This helps you organize your work and improve your productivity.
Email Drafts
Email drafts are created within a Campaign's workflow. Once your People go through an email draft node in your workflow, a draft is created. In your Tasks page, you can view all your pending drafts. You can then easily customize the content of your draft and make it more personalized. You can save or complete your draft. Once completed, the draft will be scheduled and will send as soon as possible.
