Productivity & Draft Tasks

This article shows you the best practices in setting up tasks.

Tasks in Ubico are manual actions generated automatically when a contact reaches a productivity step in your campaign workflow. They keep your team on top of LinkedIn touches, calls, email drafts, and other non-automated steps.

Where to find your tasks

Pending tasks appear on your Overview page and in the Tasks tab from the left sidebar.

Productivity tasks

The Tasks page shows all pending productivity tasks for you and your team. Each task includes the contact's details, company data, and related campaign, segment, and email history. Once you complete the action — for example, sending a LinkedIn connection — click Mark as Complete.

Email drafts

When a contact reaches a Draft Email step in your workflow, a draft is created and appears in your Tasks page. Open it, personalize the content, then click Complete to schedule it for sending. Drafts send as soon as possible after completion.
