Credits are Ubico's internal currency for data-related actions. They are only used when sourcing, enriching, cleaning, or validating data — not for sending emails or running campaigns.

Credit costs per action
How to check your usage
Go to Settings → Billing → Credit Usage. Only admins can access this page.
Plans and rollover policy
- Monthly plan — credits are allocated each month. Unused credits do not roll over.
- Annual plan — all credits are provided upfront and can be used at any point during the year.
Buying more credits
Credit add-ons can be purchased at any time and do not reset your billing cycle.
- 200 credits — $100/mo ($0.50 per credit)
- 1,000 credits — $250/mo ($0.25 per credit)
- 2,000 credits — $400/mo ($0.20 per credit)
- 5,000+ credits — custom pricing
