How do responses get categorized?

By leveraging advanced AI technology, Ubico categorizes responses from contacts seamlessly, allowing you to focus on what matters most. In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of how responses get categorized in Ubico.

We automatically detect responses from contacts and remove them from the workflow. You also have the option to manually mark a contact as responded in the dashboard directly. This is typical if say the contact responds to your call or LinkedIn message.

Here are the types of responses Ubico classifies:

‘Interested’ Type Conversation:

  • These responses indicate a genuine interest or engagement with your communication. Ubico identifies and categorizes such responses to help you focus on nurturing these valuable interactions further.

‘Objection’ Type Conversation:

  • Responses expressing objections or concerns are categorized separately, allowing you to address them promptly and effectively.

‘Not Now’ Type Conversation:

  • In some cases, contacts may express interest but indicate that the timing isn't right. Ubico categorizes such responses as "Not Now," enabling you to revisit these conversations at a more opportune moment.

‘Forwarded’ Type Conversation:

  • When an email is forwarded to you by another contact, Ubico recognizes this and categorizes it accordingly. This categorization ensures that forwarded emails are managed appropriately within your workflow.

‘Out of Office’ Type Response:

  • Automatic out-of-office replies are detected and categorized, allowing you to distinguish them from regular responses. This categorization prevents unnecessary follow-ups during the recipient's absence.

‘Bounce’ Type Response:

  • In the event of a bounce, where an email cannot be delivered to the recipient's inbox, Ubico categorizes the response as a bounce. This categorization helps you maintain clean and accurate contact lists.

Whether it's identifying genuine interest, addressing objections, or managing out-of-office replies, Ubico ensures that your email workflow remains organized and efficient.
