When a contact replies to your outreach, Ubico's AI automatically detects the response and removes them from the active workflow. Replies are sorted into one of six categories so you can act on them without manually reading every thread.
Response categories
- Interested — the contact has shown genuine interest. These are your highest-priority follow-ups.
- Objection — the contact has raised a concern or pushback. Address these promptly.
- Not Now — the contact is interested but the timing isn't right. Ubico flags these so you can follow up later.
- Forwarded — the contact forwarded your email to someone else. Ubico detects this and categorizes it separately.
- Out of Office — automatic out-of-office replies are detected and separated from real responses so they don't trigger unnecessary follow-ups.
- Bounce — the email could not be delivered. These are flagged so you can clean your contact list.
Manual categorization
If a contact responds outside of email — by phone or LinkedIn for example — you can manually mark them as responded directly from the dashboard. This removes them from the workflow the same way an automatic detection would.
