How Ubico calculates the analytics across the application

Metrics can be viewed from your Workspace Overview or from a Campaign's Overview.

There are 2 important metrics above your campaign metrics:

Pipeline Value

Dollar amount of new pipeline that is directly attributed from your Ubico campaigns. The way this is calculated is the following: # of interested conversations X your average contract value.

Your average contract value is set in the Account Details page located in your settings. This amount is set by default in the onboarding when you first create an account.

Reply Time

Average time it takes you to reply to an interested response. This is calculated automatically by looking at the timestamps between the time you received a response, and the time it takes you to respond. Only your first replies to a new interested conversations is calculated - we do not measure the reply time to other types of responses such as Not Now, Objection and others.

Journeys

Journey metrics provides insights on how your People are performing within their Campaign's journey. When viewing your Workspace journey metrics, you are looking at an average performance of your People's journey across Campaigns.

Journey metrics rates are calculated on the basis of the number of People contacted.

Contacted

Total number of People contacted in a Campaign

Opened​

Number of People who opened at least one email in a Campaign

Clicked​

Number of People who clicked a link in at least one email in a Campaign

Replied​

Number of People who replied at least to one email in a Campaign.

Converted

Number of People who converted at least once in a Campaign

Deliverability

Deliverability metrics provides insights how well your emails are doing. It can gives a better understanding on which emails are doing better than others in terms on sending performance.

Deliverability metrics are calculated on the basis of the number of emails delivered.

Sent

Total number of emails sent.

Delivered

Total number of emails that were sent and did not bounce.

Opened​

Total number of emails opened

Clicked​

Total number of emails where a link was clicked

Replied​

Total number of emails that were directly replied

Converted

Total number of emails that created a conversion
