We prioritize individuals based on their position in the workflow, specifically considering the delay component within the workflow builder. This prioritization applies solely to email sending; other tasks like Slack or Teams notifications are processed instantly.

For example, a person on the 4th step of the workflow is given priority over someone on the 3rd step, as we focus on moving people through the workflow efficiently. Additionally, individuals may exit the workflow early if they respond to a message.
