Instant Segment lets you find new prospects, enrich their contact details, and get your list ready for outreach — all inside Ubico without switching tools.
Steps
- Go to Segments, click New Segment, select Prospecting, then choose Instant.
- Set your filters — location, job title, seniority, department, company size, and more. Use the UbiGent search bar to describe what you are looking for in plain language.
- Click Save and Complete once your list looks right. Your contacts will appear in the segment ready to work with.
- Add enrichment columns — phone finder, email finder, email validation, AI web research, or a custom prompt. Select your AI model if using a prompt-based enrichment.
- Run enrichment on a single contact or the full list. Data fills in automatically.
Your list is now built, enriched, and ready to add to a campaign.
