At Ubico, we believe that our success is directly tied to the success of our customers. We earn our money when we help you gain more customers, this aligns our incentives.

That's why we've assembled a dedicated Customer Success Team committed to ensuring that you achieve your goals and maximize the value of our platform. In this article, we aim to provide you with insights into how our Customer Success Team operates and what you can expect when working with us.

Key activities that will make you successful with Ubico:

  1. Committed attendance to monthly sessions with your dedicated customer success manager. We know how busy life can get, but it’s important to keep a regular cadence in order to build positive momentum.

  2. Achieving positive outcomes takes time but usually allow around 30 days to start seeing results.

  3. Positive results means starting conversations and receiving engaged leads.

  4. The more campaigns you launch, the more results you’ll see.

  5. Ubico’s role is at the top-of-funnel - we do make an impact in improving your response-rates, however we don’t close deals for you.

  6. Be flexible and open to our ideas - we’re applying best practices that we’ve proven across thousands of campaigns.

  7. Sometimes there might be delays on your end when it comes to IT setup, or email copy approval. The faster you can onboard, the quicker we can get to seeing positive outcomes.

  8. Be proactive about testing new use-cases, new target profiles, new messaging. Experimentation is key to any great campaign.

  9. If the results generated aren’t as expected, communicate this with us and we will build an action plan to address specific issues. There are dozens of factors to consider, so it’s important for us to diagnose specific challenges.

Some common outreach challenges that you will encounter:

If open-rate is low = subject line OR deliverability issue

If response-rate is low = email body or CTA

If you don’t like the copies = draft new ones and add them to your campaigns

If you think the prospects are not on-target = iterate on the ICP definition with CS

If you think there aren’t enough prospects = remove intent data and use broader data points

The challenges listed above are 100% likely to happen when doing outreach, regardless of the platform you choose to use.
