Now, you have launched your workflow on Ubico and are wondering how do you measure the workflow's performance and see what tweaks to make in either your targeting or messaging to make it a grand success.

The Ubico platform has an extensive dashboard to help track and measure your workflow's performance.

Let us understand what story does each tab on the dashboard tells us.

  1. Contacts Enriched:  The total number of contacts that the system has generated based on your target criteria.

  2. Contacted: This number specifies the number of prospects that have been engaged with at least once via email in the last 7 or 30 days.

  3. Delivery Rate: This percentage specifies the total number of emails that have landed in the prospect's inbox to the ones contacted.

  4. Open Rate: This percentage specifies the total number of unique opens on your emails sent to the total number of emails sent to the prospects.

  5. Reply Rate: This percentage specifies the total number of Replies that have been generated from the emails sent to the prospects. It is important to note that the  reply type that we catch are: 'interested' , 'not interested' , 'not now' , 'forwarded' , 'objection' , 'opt-out'. All responses are caught and categorized by the system. Out of office and bounces are not counted towards the reply rate.

  6. Conversations: This number specifies the number of conversations that have been generated and have been forwarded to your inbox. A conversation is any reply that is either 'interested', 'now now', 'forwarded' or 'objection'.

You can ask for a breakdown of the reply types at any moment using the in-app support.
