When you first log in to Ubico, you should connect your Salesforce CRM account. This helps Ubico generate new leads that fit your ICP and automatically sync these leads into your Salesforce account automatically.
Step 1: Navigate to "Account settings".
Step 2: Under “Integrations” click the “Connect” button beside the Salesforce label.
Step 3: A new tab will open with the Salesforce login page where you will need to enter your Salesforce login credential to authenticate Ubico with your Salesforce account.
Step 4: Upon completion, the new tab should close and you will now see under Ubico’s “Integrations” that Salesforce is now “Connected”.
Notes: A failed login to Salesforce (such as the wrong password attempt) can derail the authentication process: close the tab and click the “Connect” button again.
Once the connection has been made the following will happen:
Leads will be synced to Ubico to prevent sourcing existing accounts and protect your reputation.
When leads have finished in the Ubico workflow they will be created as a lead automatically.
