How to Connect your Email Account

How to connect your email account with any provider.

When you first log in to Ubico, you should connect the email address you would like to use for workflows on this account. 

Step 1: Navigate to "Account Settings" and click on "Sync Email".

Step 2: Enter the email you would like to connect to and follow the ensuing steps. This is the email that will be used to send emails on your behalf.

Note: If you use Gsuite, please reach out to support for additional documentation on properly configuring the account. 

Step 3: Enter your signature that will be added to every outgoing message. (Account settings > Signature)

Once the signature is set up you are one step closer to launching your AI assistant!
